The hotel was clean and in a nice building near a plaza with many restaurants. the room was spotless and had a private bathroom, ironing facilities, a work desk, and a couch bed. - the location was great, close to a delicious Colombian restaurant recommended by the van driver. - the cost was $144, which was reasonable for the amenities provided.

The king bed units were wonderful and clean. the location is awesome, close to a movie theater and theater. There is a great restaurant nearby.

Possibly the best and memorable stay on the night of their stay. Comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Very impressed with a wet bar, a mini-fridge and a microwave oven available.

I appreciated the spacious room and comfy bed at the Hyatt Place. Although the breakfast wasn't amazing, it was a nice touch to start my day. The attentive maintenance staff fixed my AC unit within an hour of calling the desk. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice trip with more than adequate breakfast. Our spotless and updated room was equipped with microwave, a pull out couch plus comfortable king bed. The location was unbeatable and favourable, short walk to Miami for a trip to Florida.
